If there is no threat to your safety by staying home during a major storm or hurricane, let's review some suggestions for keeping comfortable. There's a good chance you will lose power at some point. That means no TV, radio, refrigeration and possibly no cooking. If you think ahead, you can get through the storm without too much distress.
