Ten years ago yesterday, what would occur the next day seemed inconceivable.  Two buildings, so much more than steel and glass, were reduced to a mass of entangled ruins.  And then the lives.   From the Towers themselves, 2606 men and women went to work on a spectacular New York morning, and through fate or circumstance, never returned home.

While some parts of the country may have moved past that day, to the communities directly and indirectly affected by it, the wounds are still raw and unhealing.

On this day 10 years later, we ask you to take a moment to remember the horror and the heroes, tell your family you love them..and shed a tear for the innocence lost on September 11, 2001.
