It's the Monday before the Super Bowl...are you ready?  The weather throughout most of the country has been unseasonal, to say the least.  While Super Bowl Sunday is always a big grilling day, you have to think with the warmer winter, even more grillmasters will be out on the deck creating some real good eats.

But, are you ready?  When's the last time you really cleaned that grill? Heat it up a bit and get out that wire brush...scrape those grates.  Take a look at those lava rocks as well...too much burned on crud can cause old flavors to infuse into your cooking.  Who wants your grilled veggies tasting like last month's sea bass? Check all your connections, your fuel level, clean the outside and side shelves.  Reheat the grill to remove any soap residue.
